[WIS] Weekly Incubator Summary: 2019, Week 23.
Arabic is really shooting up! I will definitely give the course a shot once it comes out.
Arabic made a lot of progress again this week and shot up to 40% in the incubator. The Japanese for Chinese speakers course is out of beta but I don't know when it will come out for iOS and Android. I wonder what happened to Latin, they haven't made progress for a long time.
For the English courses there is hardly any progress and the one for Bengali speakers got delayed once again to November. It is frustrating that these courses get constantly delayed and stalled while being in the incubator for years. They have been stuck at a certain percentage for a long time with no or very few progress or gains.
So Swedish for Turkish speakers still has no contributors. (German for Chinese speakers doesn't either but I'm assuming that'll be done by staff). I wonder how long it is going to stay there just clogging up the incubator before anything happens to it.

I say the same for the English courses for Tagalog and South Asian speakers.
They still at least have contributors, so you can hope that something is maybe going to happen. There is literally no hope for the Swedish-Turkish course right now.
The progress Arabic made really is impressive! At this rate, they might actually get it ready for the beta version by July 1st! :)
It's sad that German from Chinese isn't making any progress. This week, I would have recommended duolingo if it already had that course.
