"I eat the carrots, you eat the potatoes."
Translation:Eu mănânc morcovii, tu cartofii.
I wrote "mănânc morcovii, mănânci cartofii". Which "wrong word" am I supposed to have used?
So the more literal translation of this is "I eat the carrots, you the potatoes." This works in English, but it's a bit unusual. Is it the same in Romanian (technically correct but odd)? Would a more standard sentence (sans accents) be "Eu mananc morcovii, tu mananci cartofii"?
