    So does iapa/qybor also mean your father's older/younger brother, and ñāmar/velma also your mother's older/younger sister? Or is iapa/qybor only meant for your mother and vice versa?

    No. Your father's brothers are called "kepa", and your mother's sisters are called "muña", while your parallel cousins are called "dubys"/etc.
