A cool Italian movie!
I just watched an Italian movie called Made in Italy: Ciao Brother and it was a nice comedy movie, so i wondered if someone has any similar movies to recommend.
I was trying to find the movies from the comments and gotta ask, how do you find any? It's hard for me to look up any of this movies and even harder to find subtitles, so another question: Where to watch Italian movies?
In school comedy movies we watched were "benvenuti al sud" and "benvenuti al nord" which is the sequel, another movie we watched was "si accettano miracoli" but one of my favorites was cinema paradiso (not really a comedy though)
You can watch an old Italian movie named 'Ieri, oggi, domani 'with Sophia Loren, it's very old but what I find interesting is three different accent which appear in it..because the main theme happens in three different cities, Napoli, Milan and Rome..you can feel that difference in the conversation
"Troppo Napoletano" is a light-hearted comedy, and the story is easy to follow visually (even if you miss some of the Italian dialogue).
Ciao I haven't watched it so I don't know if it is crime or comedy etc. However, "La Vita è Bella" will always be a favourite of mine.
cool movies that share 2 of the actors - Perfetti sconosciuti and Loro chi?
where to watch, there's a couple of video portals where you just pick a movie and watch. of course, illegal to provide, but legal to watch. one of them is www.tantifilm.eu - it works on my PC but wants a paid login on my cell phone... you can still probably switch the user-agent if you know how...
hey, I've just watched Ciao Brother here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LrDHryXLQM
and thanks, that was a lot of fun. in the last days I watched other Italian comedies - Notte prima degli esami and the sequel - Notte prima degli esami - Oggi. If you liked Ciao brother, you'll surely also like these two...
Also check out my other two tips in another comment here. All's available at tantifilm.eu but I think it works only on PC... mobile website wanted a login from me...
