How to say "I like X about X" in japanese

So basically how to say what you like about something. For example "The thing i like about Japan, is it's food" or something like that. Thanks.

you can omit と言う when you’re speaking to someone on verbal base

Nihon wa Tabemono ga suki.

It's as simple as that. "As for Japan, I like the food."

Doitsu wa Kuruma ga suki -- "As for Germany, I like the cars."
