Is it wrong to say "mvua inanyesha kila siku"?

I think it kind of becomes redundant...more like saying "The rain rains every day."

Why is "kunyesha mvua" suggested, if it is the wrong answer?

In a previous exercise "it is raining" was translated "kunanyesha". How can we figure out the best prefix to use?
