Could the tips and notes for Descriptions. 1 help explain how عَ aka 3 is pronounced?

Hi there! In the Descript. 1/Descriptions 1 skill, we're introduced to the عَ letter. I couldn't find anywhere that explains how to pronounce it, like we are with the hamza (ء). If the tips and notes could be updated to explain it, that would be useful. Thanks!

It is in the tips and notes of the "phrases" skill: https://www.duolingo.com/skill/ar/Phrases/tips-and-notes

Thanks! I didn't get up to that bit before I posted this so I didn't realise. Now that makes it clearer :-)

the link leads me only to the LEARN section - probably because I haven`t opened the lesson those tips are attached to (ironically, I already have ayn in my exercises), so the best way to read tips and notes for those who are like me is at duome - https://duome.eu/tips/en/ar

I choke myself to get the ayn out[if I have a sore throat] but I advise against that. If I don't have a cold, I pinch the middle of my throat and say 'a'[to practice ^-^]

There's lots of videos online on how to pronounce it. Here's one video I found: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0ro6b50-Lk

But there's more stuff out there. Go find something that helps you :)

Thanks! I'll check that out!

Ah I see now, that it explains it in the tips and notes for Phrases. Didn't see that before.
