Since the capital (in English, at least) is called Tunis, how does one differentiate from the country name in Arabic? Is it more or less "Tunisia City", or is there a different way?

You can say: "I'm from the city of Tunis" "أنا مِن مَدينَة تونس" -or- "I'm from the capital Tunis" "أنا مِن العاصِمَة تونس"
