Where are the actual explanations of the skills?

If memory serves, duolingo used to have lessons geared to each skill that a student could review and study before attempting to apply the skills for that lesson. Where are these located now? Thanks!

Here are the previous and updates T&N for tree3 from French moderators (tree12 only provides tips for new CEFR A1-A2 skills):

Open a skill and if you see a lightbulb icon that is the entry to the tips and notes. If you don’t see the icon then there are no tips and notes for that skill.
