As far as I know, the meaning is stranger rather than weird.
Arwa is a lady
Why the alif maqsura?
It's used to form "aa" so it becomes "Arwaa"
(speaking as an engineer, that's redundant)
She works for the Department of Oddities Department.
This made me laugh.
Why is it muhandisa rather than muhandis? I have encountered this confusion on a few occassions and I can't seem to establish anything in common between them.
Muhandisa for female, Muhandis for male
They use muhandisa for female and muhandis for male.
