The sentence has some errors, it should've been: لَيسَ عِندَكِ وِشاحٌ يا سامية The ة in سامية is silent because it's at the end of the sentence.

Plus names never have nunation, if I remember correctly.

Many female names do not have nunation but some do. And many if not all male names have nunation.

It's write ة and you read it ir say it as ت if you continue reading or speaking but if you stoped on it then it'll be silent

As I know ot nun or "n" so if it has nunation it will be samiatun, but it should not so it would be samiatu, but in this sentence is case it would be just samia. CMIIW
