Cannot understand why the answer عندك شيرت يا سام is incorrect. Isn't the suggested answer too Quranic to be spoken in a common conversation? (Long ago my Arabic teacher said that no one says هل nowadays in questions.) I'd be glad to read an explanation on this sentence.

This course is in MSA (Modern Standard Arabic)

Even though I gather هل is not typically used in casual conversation, I've heard هل used occasionally in rhetorical questions in news videos, among other situations. I also see it occasionally in tweets about current affairs and cultural stuff, and have heard it in song lyrics.
