Coastal historical city?

Duolingo wants you to ay attention to the order of the adjectives. The order in English is the opposite of the order in Arabic. pretty new house = bayt jadid jamil (new is next to house and pretty is the furthest away)

Not always, so this is starting to get ridiculous.

Is it correct that Savannah has two ways to pronounce it in Arabic, Safanna and Safananna? Is there a reason why?

Is there a hierarchical order in translating from Arabic that pays respect to age or history? In the Arabic sentence, coastal comes before historic. When I put that order I was marked wrong. Why is that?

The city of... sometimes accepted, sometimes wrong. Duo -you are close to being a lunatic

It should be ok to say "the city Savannah"

Is this: try and guess? Or what? It is annoying.
