What is the difference of using "ke" or "kepada" when referring to someone? Is ke the colloquial way of saying kepada when you're talking informally to friends? Should be both be accepted by Duolingo?
The previous question accepted "ke polisi" for reporting someone "to the police", but this question only accepts "kepada raja" for reporting someone "to the king". I'm confused over the difference.
When "sang"is necessary and when it's not???
I think for things of importance like a king.
