my fat daughter?
Lol they probbaly mean big as in age.
That's certainly not what "big" means in English. I can't think of any other meaning for "my daughter is big" other than "my daughter is fat". Another over-literal translation from the Arabic.
A mother could say her big boy when talking about her son growing old or someone could say "My, you've grown so big!" To someone who was grown up. It does not just mean fat in English.
How to say "my big daughter" ? Does that work in Arabic?
my big daughter = بنتي الكبيرة
"My girl is big" should also be correct! بنت - girl, daughter.
Agree I tried that myself to see and it was rejected. The rejection is incorrect
Now I know how to say my big easy daughter. wth
Im confusing how to distinguish this sentence mean " my daughter is big" and " my big daughter",???
Apparently, you need to say "al-kabiira", rather than just "kabiira" to change it from "my daughter is big" to "my big daughter".
It should be my "my daughter is an adult" not "big".
i think of a 5 month baby that is larger than other 5 month year old babies
I would get a slap if i said so to my nieces haha
"My elder daughter" should've been the appropriate sentence..
No, kabiir connotes age in Arabic when referring to people
My daughter is big
We learned that bint means girl, then is it possible for daughter that same term?.
I HAVE LEARNED THAT DAUGHTER SHOULD BE IBNAH...
