I have used three textbooks so far. Czech Step by Step by LIda Hola. Česky Den only available online as far as I know and Česka Čítanka by Ilona Kořánová which is my favorite but not for beginning students.

I agree Czech Step by step is good. I have all the books. One thing I'd note you really do need a native speak to help guide you through them otherwise your pretty much on you own.
