a small note.
MSA actually has two ways of numerals: In some Arabic countries like Bahrain, the Arabic-numeral system 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 are official MSA (Eastern Arabic) - like you have them on roadsigns, keyboards, newspapers, etc. with no other option.
In other countries like Egypt, the Indian numeral system ٠ ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩ is the one used (Western Arabic)
Depending on where you are, one system is official Arabic the other isn't used.

The Arabic course seems to be putting dots under content, probably one per syllable. So if you take the two dots off the bottom you get one dot, which is 0.
