Can you create a solution for accidentally hitting the "can't speak/listen now" button?

From time to time I hit the "can't speak/listen now" button by accident. The reason is that it's located near the "check" button, which I want to hit. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel this action and thereby my practice skills for speaking and/or listening are disabled for an hour. Can you create a solution for this? Two solutions might be:

1) put the "can't speak/listen now" button on a different place

2) offer the option to cancel the action of hitting the button, in the notification that tells you that speaking or listening is disabled for an hour.

I agree that the best solution would be to rearange the button.

However, since that is not likely to happen anytime soon, my workaround is:

I finish the lesson without the listening exercise, then go to the settings page and enable it again. Not the most elegant way, but at least I don't have to wait for a whole hour.

I logout and login again and the listening exercises are back. But I agree with JmetOren, it's a pain.

Another option is to take more care when trying to select the check button.
