The house ( This house ) is yours , meaning that the guest is welcomed and he could do whatever he wants. I think people in English say : ( make it your home ) or something similar.
This is a direct translation from Spanish: “Mi casa es tu casa.” ...Or if you don’t know the person well enough: “Mi casa es su casa.”
