If you just always mark the correct sentence only and leave other sentences unmarked, everybody can easily guess the correct answer. All answers should be equally and properly marked.

معلم، مدرس، استاذ All the same here. There is a slight difference between them but you don't really need to know it, you can find the difference in advanced arabic dictionaries.

Fun fact: there are no 100% synonym wards in arabic.
