Best practice advice, for completing Ukrainian tree

I'm looking for advice on the best way to complete the Ukrainian tree. I'm not sure if the method of completion matters, but curious what everyones preferred method for completing the tree?

Is it best to complete each part of the tree to the level 1, and then start back at the beginning and complete everything to Level 2...etc?

Or

should we complete each step entirely, and then move to the next?

Or maybe something else?
