Learning or Chasing Points?

I think the League Tables idea was good at the start, but now I see people desperately chasing points to get to the top of the table. The leader currently has 5,090 points. Can he possibly be learning anything whilst amassing such a huge number of points, or is he actually simply repeating the earlier lessons that he has already learned in this chase for points? I think it's the latter, and that's because I have also been guilty of doing that. I am no longer concerned with whether I fall from the Ruby League, I'm more interested in advancing my learning.

For me spanish is a a language that is spoken quickly so I tend to do many courses as quickly as possible. My subconscious mind takes over from there. So yes I am learning at a faster rate than others. And I am not bothered about Lingots because it's not like I can use them on anything else.

I understand your frustration. But for me that makes no difference, since I have a target of 100 xp per day, and what matters to me is to get to the weekend with 700 xp, regardless of ranking.

Let's look up to the patience needed to do the same lesson over and over again.

Competition: is why I am here though. It is funny when someone tries to get in your place. It is like we are in a car race, I'm still in my 5 years old, but it is not cool when people cheat.

Cheat is bad. Don’t cheat, sweeties.
