Unable to cancel my Plus subscription.
I have attempted everything listed on the Help article on the subject - https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004068123-How-do-I-cancel-my-Duolingo-Plus-subscription-
But none of it has worked, I have sent emails but have yet to get a reply granted I only sent them out recently. If I do not get a reply do I have to go to my bank to get this issue resolved? I honestly have never had a problem like this before with a payed service. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.
I actually could not remember if I did the IOS APP or on the website so I tried to unsubscribe on both with no success. The article I referenced had a guide for how to do it on both.

Dude, thank you so much opening this link www.duolingo.com/settings/plus in a different browser finally allowed me to unsubscribe! While I was using my default browser (chrome) that link just takes me to my account page. For anyone seeing this with the same problem I suggest trying a different browser and putting in this exact link - www.duolingo.com/settings/plus

Which browser did you use instead of Google Chrome?
