Yes, you can say "lusinan kali" but it's very uncommon. It's more common to say "puluhan" to refer to a number between 20 and 99.

Yeah... No direct translation here. A dozen of anything is not common. Go to the supermarket and buy eggs, and they come in 6 packs, 10 packs, or a flat of 36. Dozen is not commonly used.
