https://www.bitesize.irish/subscribe-to-podcast/, https://www.headstuff.org/motherfocloir/ Both about the Irish language but not as Gaeilge. https://www.podbean.com/podcast-detail/b6pd4-5c112/RT%C3%89---Beo-Ar-%C3%89igean-Podcast, https://www.rte.ie/rnag/podcasts/ The last two are as Gaeilge.
Use your favorite search engine with the keyword podchraoladh to find some.
Do you want actual Irish language podcasts (not at all easy for a learner to follow, in most cases) or podcasts about learning Irish, or recordings of Irish language teaching material, or English language podcasts made by Irish people?
Off the top of my head, you can download the audio the that Irish Independent newspaper released as CDs about 10 years ago, narrated by Liam O Maonlai - "Learn Irish" and "Easy Irish" and you can also download the audio from RTÉs "Easy Irish". Even though one of the Irish Independent's CDs is called "Easy Irish", it's not the same content as the RTÉ content.
These aren't configured as podcasts, they're just MP3s that you can download and listen to. There are workbooks available too, but you can use the audio on it's own too.
You can also download the Audio that goes with Routledge's Colloquial Irish. That audio is more directly tied to the rather expensive textbook, but it is also a useful resource once your Irish is good enough that you can follow along with what is being said.
The RTÉ and Routledge courses allow you to hear a variety of different voices, rather than a single person reading all of the content.
