Upvotes not showing?

I was 5 away from reaching Spanish translation tier 3 (95), so I decided to translate a couple of sentences of an article to get to tier 3.. Then, I looked at my translated sentences, and I see that I have been upvoted around 7 times by other users... Just when I am about to celebrate, I quickly check on the Immersion upvote and downvote count to see I am still at 95? Why is this happening.. Sorry if this is badly written..
