Can't access lessons on the website
Hi. In the last few days I've been unable to access lessons on the website. I can navigate everywhere normally but after clicking the Start button on a lesson the page remains blank indefinitely. It seems to affect any lesson including practices on those in which I've reached 5 crowns.
I'm still able to continue on my phone and tablet apps but I find the spoken tests are very hit and miss, possibly due to background noise. Or maybe the mic on the computer is just better. Either way, I'm currently semi-stalled at practising my spoken Swedish so I'd like to know what to do about getting the lessons working for me on the website again.
Browser is latest Chrome. I could rollback but this problem began before I last updated so I can't see it helping. I could . I use a VPN but it doesn't seem to make any difference whether or not it's on, and it worked perfectly well with the VPN up until a week or so ago. I've tried logging out of the site and back in again with no success, and I'm now going to see if another browser will help. If anyone else has had this problem and was able to fix it I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
Edit: okay, it seems to be a Chrome issue as it's perfectly normal in Safari. So if anyone can suggest how to make Chrome play nicely again with Duolingo it'd be much appreciated. Tack så mycket.
That gave me the idea to look at Chrome extensions, and sure enough turning them off one at a time and trying a lesson found a privacy one that was interfering. Not sure why as it wasn't a recently added one and I'm pretty sure I'd granted an exception for Duolingo in it before. Whatever the reason, turning it off for www.duolingo.com has allowed the lessons to work again. Thanks for your help.

I am curious: Which one has caused the trouble?
Duolingo updates in 2019 so often times the web code that the new update may not be compatible with old userscripts / extensions or stylesheets.
Tunnelbear Blocker. Might go back to ABP and see if they have the same problem but I'll let them know.

Does this the above trick also render an empty Home/Learn page?
