B1 Zertifikat Deutsch with Duolingo
does anyone here already take a B1 Z.D. with only learn from duolingo????
Sorry, but this is not possible. This is only a beginner course and you also need for the A level additional sources for learning to use the language on your own and even being able to say anything in German.
Very unlikely. Do duolingo (including the stories) and as you progress, look at more and more sources outside of duolingo: grammar sites, children's stories, easy news sites, the learner's program of Deutsche Welle, youtube videos in German...
Find someone you can write and talk to (and who will correct your mistakes) on a language exchange website. There are some listed in this post: https://forum.duolingo.com/comment/32942946
Even aside from that, practice as much as you can. Try to think in German, talk to your dog/cat/baby sister/potted plants/... in German.
with only learn from duolingo?
Never, ever ever do it! The brain always demands something new and important to remember something, so sticking to the only one resource you restrict its capabilities. Try to use everything you adore related to learning target language and avoid any boring and irritating content in that language.
Though duolingo does contain some B1 stuff.. that is Impossible, you would need communication practice and listening practice of more than just a sentence at a time and more. Duolingo is great for a frame work of learning with other sources added to it.
I'm almost up to B1 level at half way through my first duolingo tree and self-learning elsewhere half the time so you can get there certainly with this WITH additional sources such as youtube and you'd need to practice communication too with someone (that can be done at sites such as the conversation exchange) to get to that point.
