Could anyone explain the difference between "setzen" and "stellen"?
I don't understand why "den Tisch" has to be in accustaive and not dative
Because the "stellen" here is the process of placing. It will be dative if the sentence is about the state of the plates for instance. Eg. Die Teller legen auf dem Tisch.
die Kinder legen.... is also good I think
I still get confuse with "auf den" y "auf dem".
"and" lol, I speak spanish.
Why do I need the die here for the 'die Kinder' and not with 'die Richter' a few sentences ago?
Why is "Die Kinder legen..." Not accepted?
