Recommanded Israeli shows for learning Hebrew. (from an Israeli native Hebrew speaker)
- A Late-Night Show called "Gav Ha'uma" - גב האומה (literally: "The nation's back".)
*In Hebrew "back" (Gav - גב), as a human organ, is also a common phrase for some uses: "To give a back" (Latet Gav - לתת גב) means usually to support someone. On the other hand, "to turn the back" (Lahafnot et ha'gav - להפנות את הגב) is to ingore. "Back" (Gav - גב), often appears in intention of "behind something".
So, Gav Ha'uma - It's a late-night show about current affairs (espacialy politics), mainly in Israel (sometimes in the world). In Lior Schleien's youtube page (the show presenter) there are some sketches with English subtitles, but most of them are with Hebrew subtiltles.
Here are some of the sketches with English Subtiltles (the first and second videos are from a playlist that includes more sketches with English subtiltes):
- A satire show "Eretz Nehederet" - ארץ נהדרת ("What a wonderful country").
Eretz Nehedert is the most succesful satire show in Isarel, and I think it's the oldest which still on air..
In the show the actors mimic famous characters, according to the last week's events: Politicans, Celebrities, Invented characters. from Israel and from the world. the presenter of the show is Eyal Kitzis.
Here are some sketches of Eretz Nehederet in English, or with English subtiltes:

That's all for now, folks! If you like it, tell me, and I will add more...
Personly, I would recommend Hebrew learners to watch old children programms, simply because they speak proper Hebrew while also teaching the Israeli traditions. So these would be:
רחוב סומסום #Thanks MissSpells https://www.popy.co.il/videos/movies-and-series/sesame-street-1
Thank-you very much! These are really great sources (very recommended) For me it is nostalgia...
Speaking for myself (not a native speaker, I'm Chinese), my favorite Israeli YouTube channel is
All videos except Q&As have Hebrew subtitles, and some (with CC label) have English subtitles.
The conversations in the videos are everyday sentences and very helpful for a trip in Israel. The videos are not very long, but present many less-explored places in Israel, a young and old country full of breathtaking sceneries (and litters - bring your שקית זבל).
Here are some videos with English subtitles:
נחל דוד ומערת דודים https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RubzwDiJKwQ
נחל כזיב ומבצר מונפורט https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cxa4h6o4sCE
Videos below do not have English subtitles but are still pretty awesome.

Rappelling נחל תמרים https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziFiBl4hILw

Personally for a learner - comedy shows are not a good recommendation, because of the speed, the punch line it takes to understand (it time), and the culture differences... I find it heard to listen to Welsh radio when there is laughter every couple of seconds, because I don't understand enough.
