hebrew basics

to learn Hebrew we need to learn the alphabet like in Arabic. Also the phonetics would be handy.

Yes, that's true for any language. You can find any alphabet with a google or Bing search. Also Duo gives some help in the 'light bulb' for a new lesson or language.

I agree that there should be letter and vowel courses here for Hebrew. I do like how the Arabic courses here first teach the letters and how to pronounce them, then it teaches the vowels. Then it uses transliterations of peoples names or places, etc.

There are plenty of Youtube videos + lists online. This is a very good א-ב song because it doesn't say "letter X is Y" - short & helpful:

But- as I've noticed- it is not so similar :) I mean- you can learn the letters. But in the words they are changing. I've ask about the letter ע and they gave me 3 differents sounds. So maybe that's why this course is different.

To be accurate, in modern Hebrew (as spoken by most Jewish Israelis) the ע doesn't make any sound. The vowel sounds are supplied by the niqudot.
