The difference between "ma" and "i"
What is the difference between the usage of "ma" and "i" in Hawaiian? They seem to be used pretty much interchangeably.
"Aia ke kelepona ma ka lumi moe"
"Aia 'o ia i ka lumi kuke"
They both seem to have the same use which is as a locative particle/word for "on, at, in" but for any proficient/native Hawaiian speakers: Is there a difference in usage or when to use it?
