Suggestion: Flag a Unit for Practice
Hi. Sometimes you finish a unit that is harder than others or you have trouble remembering some of the elements. I'd like to suggest a feature where you can flag it so that you can come back to it later for practice. Perhaps it could also be given preference when you press the practice button.
Jim. This is actually a great suggestion. Quietly and succinctly put. A lingot or two for you, sir.
Good suggestion! Duolingo should make it to where you can review lessons in general, and flagging would be a plus!
Duolingo had that feature in the pre-crown teaching method:
"Spaced repetition" indicated by "Skill decay".
Fortunately, this is still shown in your personal progress page in third party website duome.eu

I have asked to be able to repeat any lesson. This isn't the same thing as the 'general practice' available on turning a skill gold. Good luck with the flag request I hope it doesn't fall on deaf ears.
That is a great suggestion. I frequently review lessons and then forget which need more practice. The flagging and prioritizing would be a great help. Also I would like a number by each lesson showing how many times I reviewed it. Because when I randomly review I seem to hit some lessons more frequently than others.
This is win-win, if Duolingo does it.
It would mean more people returning to lessons they might forget to revisit otherwise.
Actual language skills and Duolingo's skill names aren't always obvious matches. Spanish preterite tense is in Vacation, for instance.
One could keep notes, but building this into the site and apps would be far more efficient.
Great idea, I find some units tough to get past and don't quite get them even after doing all the levels...
This would be helpful, even if it just makes it more likely to come up when you click the weight icon.
Recently got skill decay on my account, on topics I don't feel I need to practice. Flagging would be nicer.
"I'd like to suggest a feature where you can flag it so that you can come back to it later for practice. " I want a feature where you can clearly see the last ball you did, change the color to something you recognize, because scrolling through 120 balls to find the last one you did to continue practice... I keep a pen and paper for that! And it is really tedious and slow.
All of this is related, faster easier navigation!
