Image lessons have no sound

No one of the image lessons have any sound when you click on them like usual.

That's because Latin uses recorded audio rather than TTS.

Can you explain this please, because I don't understand what you mean. I thought all audio is pre-recorded in duo.

Most Duo courses use text-to-speech (TTS), which is essentially a computer taking written text and reading it aloud. Some courses, though, including the Latin one, don't have a good TTS available, so they use actual recordings of humans.
