Yes, like "wohin" in German. For a concise (albeit rarely used) word in English use "whither".

"Where do you run to" was marked incorrect and corrected to "Where do you run". Why is "to" wrong here ?

I'd try. Keep in mind though that even if the moderators accept and add your option it will still take a lot of time before it becomes effective. You'll receive a notification via mail however.
