Hi Maria, I am not an expert in this subject, I just use DL like you, but I’ve had similar problems in the past. My solution was to log out, delete the app from your computer (phone, tablet, whatever) then reload the app and sign back in. All your progress to date will be saved you won’t lose anything. It has worked for me in the past, but as I say, I’m no expert. Cheers

I have had some issues too. Nothing really serious but unusual. I type my answer into a gap filling exercise etc and it appears in the empty box for the next question. Able to erase but it is strange! Maybe DuoLingo has some office leave going on e i tecnici non lavorano!
