Some incubated courses don't appear on 'Courses'

This probably is a silly question, but why do some courses no appear on https://www.duolingo.com/courses in English? For example, Danish and Swedish you can see if you look http://incubator.duolingo.com/courses/sv/en/status and http://incubator.duolingo.com/courses/da/en/status, but not on the Courses page. But others, looking at Romanian, are, even though it has made "0% progress". If some, but not all, courses were to be on the Courses page, wouldn't it make sense to be the ones that are finished and almost finished? Is there a maximum number of courses a page can show? Is there a second page I don't see? (Both don't make sense, because from what I can tell they are arranged in order of popularity if released, and order of percentage done if not. Both Swedish and Dutch Courses are further ahead than Romanian, and several others.)

If you notice Swedish and Danish are the newest two courses offered for English speakers and these are the only two that are not featured on that page. I think it is one of three things: the duolingo team have either not decided on a building they want to feature, they have not quite finalised the design for the building or they simply haven't updated the Courses page. In any case I wouldn't worry, the Swedish and Danish courses are currently being built and soon enough they will appear on the Courses page! :)

They are the only two I noticed. :) Probably the only two. Thanks for answering...the third one makes the most sense.
