2019-09-04 Huh. In the hints, it said asupra meant "on, over", so from the multiple choices I chose one with asupra. But Duo told me, no, it's Torn paharul cu apă rece pe tine. At least I'm learning multiple ways to say the same thing, which can be helpful!

The term asupra is rarely used, being somehow archaic... It is most used in literature and old religious texts. Currently its usage correlated with un pahar cu apă is deprecated. Someone can send ”blesteme asupra ta” (curses on you) or I can say asupra mea s-a abătut un necaz” (there was a distress on me) but apă ?! Funny! You should report the hint.

Asupra sounds something like upon in English to me...

However, if this is how we are expected to translate "over you", shouldn't also asupra voastră be accepted as a correct answer? It currently isn't, so I reported it.
