Duolingo success story
Duolingo has helped me feed my passion for languages. It has helped me a lot with my french class, and i am currently trying hebrew, korean and chinese.
I introduced duolingo to my daughter when she was 5 so she can start english, and one day i am checking her progress and i find out she added Chinese to her courses.
She is 7 now and is slowly but steadily progressing here on duolingo since we don't let her use devices that much.
Hope you liked my story and hope to hear from you all.
Au revoir mes amies.
I hated the English language when I was young. My first language(native speaker) is greek, my second language is french, third italian... and in my 55+ age I love duolingo... English and the communication with people from all over the world. I understand pages of texts without the help of dictionaries. If you understand my thread here, then the group of duolingo work really well.
I think it's really great idea to introduce duolingo your daughter at this age!
I started learn languages with duolingo recently and I wish I had started earlier when my friend showed me that. I just didn't believe duolingo can help, can teach me something. But I was wrong!
I started learning with duolingo a few months ago because I just want to try. My friend recommended duolingo again and I thought: why not? I have french class so I chose french here and I better understand french language now. I also plan to started learn another language with duolingo!
