As discussed many times before, the simple subjunctive "Ufagie" is a suggestion or a polite request, and there is no idea of "have to". To obtain that meaning, the word "lazima" or "sharti" must precede "ufagie" or longer expressions such as "inakupasa", "unapaswa" and others may precede "ufagie".

Many of these have been corrected. I guess this one just "slipped through the cracks."
