Those are Haymey. Go back and listen to Qong from the first lesson in the Dialogue leaf. ((Not entirely sure how a learner would do that). Hay is just one sound that can be sustained: HHHH. Qay has an onset before the rasping sound, like qHHHH.

You can get away with a softer Hay sound than that, but if you used that sound for Qay you'd hear a lot of nuqjatlh?
