Some of my students can't access their assignments

I am a Spanish teacher currently working in Northern Arizona University. I am trying to introduce Duolingo for schools in my lessons and I created two different classes. I have 45 students but 7 of them can't find the assignments that I assigned last week. I was trying with them following the steps that we found in different articles published by Duolingo, but we can't find anything in their accounts. We compared this with other student that has accessed easily and the place where one finds the assignments has commercials/adds and they can't see anything else. Could anyone please help me?

In order for your student to receive an assignment notification, you first need to make sure they are in your classroom before you send out the assignment. Only current students will be included in the assignment.
If a student joins your classroom later, after the task has been assigned, they will not be included.

However, if you really wanted to do this, you could move new students to a new, temporary classroom and create an identical assignment for them, and then move them to the original group.
