"Under a bridge flows a river" should please also be accepted.

Report it. The accept that you move the adverbial phrase, in position 1, so "Under a brigge, flows a river" is okay, to emphasize "under a bridge", in addition, it's poetical. They accept it in every sentences, so they just forgot here, just report it.
