similar but different words

difference b/w kita & kamu, mengapa & kenapa, kamu & kalian, aku & saya and when to use each one appropriately ?

same-same but different

kita = we, inclusive the person(s) you are talking to.
kami = we, exclusive the person(s) you are talking to.

mengapa = kenapa = why
kenapa is the informal style.

kamu = you, 2nd person singular.
kalian = you, 2nd person plural.

aku = saya = I = 1st person singular.
aku is the informal style.
