Flag of the Arab League

i was about to post this as a question, but i just solved it myself, so i'll share what i found.

The flag the course currently uses is from no particular nation, it is the Flag of the Arab League.

Previously it was the Egyptian flag.

Most of the other courses use a national flag, but i guess there's often not an equivalent for other languages? Like with English they use the USA flag... But i can't think of a good alternative to that? Especially given the course teaches American English.

What dialect of Arabic is this course teaching?

The Arab League flag was chosen as the Arabic course is in Fusha (MSA). It is understood in all Arabic nations and not spoken specifically like dialects Egyptian, Mesopotamian. So I presume a more 'united' flag was chosen for this regard

i guess English doesn't really have an equivalent international dialect
