Student Course Progress blank???

As a teacher, I give participation points to my students depending on completion of Crown Levels. This year, when I go into the More Details: Course Progress tab, it is not showing any student progress even though most of them have completed it already. Is anyone else having this issue? I am able to see individual student progress by clicking each individual student, but that is too time consuming. I need the Course Progress tab to work. TIA

I'm having the same issue. I received an email that they are working on fixing the bug. I haven't received any updates, though. I agree it's too time consuming.

Have you heard anything else? I emailed a month ago and have heard nothing. We finally convinced our district that this was the way to go this year, and now this!

I have not heard ANYTHING. I need better customer service than this. I'm not super happy, but here is my work around. 1. Students open their dashboard page (home page). I assign by crownlevels, so they have to have Intro done to Crown 3, for example. 2. We have MAC books, so they go to the apple in the upper left corner and click on it. The drop down screen has their name on it. 3. They take a screenshot (full page screenshot) and upload that screenshot in Google Classroom. Then I can check their crown levels and make sure it is actually their account. 4. I wish DuoLingo had their names in the upper right hand corners, but they don't...
