I hear the m sound in the Arabic for Germany but I don't see it written.

It depends on the font you have. Sometimes the m disappears into the combination of letters. A different font may still show it.

I think when it's our turn to translate into english the words should be there to make it faster....it gets very slow writing out the english...and i know the english so dont need to practice it.

Few countries get called by their "own name" when you switch languages, especially alphabets! Germany calls itself Deutschland, but Spanish calls it Alemania, and Russian calls it Германия. Most of us have no idea how people refer to their own country, we just know our language's word for it.
