My answer of "Surely young men are not in Rome?" was marked as incorrect.

This should be allowed, correct? (I submitted it as a correct translation.)

What about "Surely the young men aren't in Rome?"

I got dinged for answering with, "Surely no young men are in Rome?" It's more concise than Duo's preferred response.

I put, 'sure there are no young men in rome' - not accepted. Aren't there a lot of ways of saying the same thing!

"Surely" isn't the same as "sure", though.

How about "The young men are not in Rome, are they?"
