Label: "Your hard work is paying off!" - Is the point where it appears meaningful?

I have noticed that at some point of each lesson there is a label saying:"Your hard work is paying off!". Does it have any specific meaning? is it just an encouragement? Does it appear at a point with some special meaning? It seems to appear in different points in different lessons, but I cannot understand if there is a "rule".

It's just for encouragement and usually pops up when you answer 5 or 10 exercises in a row correctly.

"Your hard work is paying off", works for me. At times this is just the encouragement one needs. I am too busy studying German and Dutch to try and look into why the label is there. I just appreciate the encouragement.
