I feel you should add perfidious and impious as possible answers to the relevant questions. :)

I agree. I suppose they feel like the direct carry-overs would be somewhat self-defeating for the purposes of learning, which is reasonable, but they should be non-preferred rather than incorrect, I think.

Yup "perfidious /pəˈfɪdɪəs/ adjective - deceitful and untrustworthy." Still not being accepted.

Did you report it?

Yes. But reporting it doesn't allow me to make a comment and explain. And given it was first reported FIVE MONTHS ago, I'm not convinced it has any impact.

It can take time. The volunteer course contributors have a lot on their plates, and rolling out any changes is part of site updates and therefore out of their hands. I have emails saying my suggestions have been added months after I flagged them.

But comments left in these fora will only be read by your fellow learners. The volunteer course contributors do not monitor these discussions for feedback.

Still not accepting "perfidious" as of June 24, 2020. Reported.

Julius had to learn this the hard way.

What is wrong with "Sometimes comrades are treacherous"?

Nothing. Just flag it and report "My answer should be accepted."

Why is perfidious not being accepted?

It should be, please report it.

Is occasionally a good translation for interdum?

Is "dishonest" an inappropriate translation of perfidi?

I would say "dishonest" doesn't quite cover enough ground to be considered an appropriate translation. It's not a strong enough term.
